A. Majority of our utes are automatic with power steering.
Q. What types of rental cars, utes and vans do you offer?
A. Due to reliability we mostly stock Toyota sedans and vans and Falcon utes.
Q. Do you have people movers for rent or hire?
A. Yes, we do have a selection of vans that are people movers.
Q. Are any vehicles automatic?
A. Most of our vehicles are automatic.
Q. What happens if I want to extend my period of hire?
A. This is usually not a problem. Simply ring before you are due to return the vehicle to determine if your period of hire can be extended.
Q. What is the standard damage liability fee?
A. The standard damage liability fee is $2,750 across most rental firms in Australia. This liability fee can be reduced by paying a daily fee.
Q. Can a person under 25 hire a vehicle?
A. People over 21 years of age can hire a vehicle once they have been driving for 3 years. Those over 25 years of age are normally eligible for lower insurance excesses by paying a daily fee. Minimum excess 21-25 yrs old $2500. Minimum excess over 25 yrs old $1100.
Q. May I tow using one of the rental vehicles?
A. If the vehicle is fitted with a tow bar you can however there are restrictions for towing off road.
Q. Can I return the vehicle outside normal operating hours?
A. Yes. When prior arrangements are made it is possible to deliver to another location when required.
Q. What method of payment is acceptable?
A. We accept EFTPOS, cash, Mastercard and VISA.
Q. Can anyone other than the registered driver drive the vehicle?
A. All drivers must have their licences registered with us.
Q. Do you charge cancellation fees?
A. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.
Q. What do I need to bring to rent a vehicle?
A. All hirers require a current drivers licence and a current credit card.
